Many people do not realise that air conditioning should also be used during the winter months, this is due to most systems having molecules of oil suspended in the gas contained within your pressurised air conditioning system. It is recommended that the air conditioning is used at least every two weeks to keep the oil lubricating the seals around the system, and hopefully preventing potential leaks, and of course cost!
